Mexico Relocation Services

fluent English spoken credit cards accepted
($$-$$$$) The sister business of We Heart Zihua, Mexico Relocation Services is a consulting firm for persons interested in moving to the Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa region. While We Heart Zihua helps showcase all we love about the area and provides information for visitors, Mexico Relocation Services provides step-by-step assistance for people wanting to move here, be it long or short-term. Obviously, we don't regret moving to Mexico but we do regret the frustrations, complications, and misunderstandings that the language barrier, variations in law, and cultural differences brought. We created Mexico Relocation Services to help ease the transition for others looking to make a piece of paradise their own.

just the facts, ma'am: Some of the services our consulting business offers include: visa consultations, translations, real estate & contractor referrals, technology installations, staff recruitment and management, and area tours designed specifically for prospective expatriates. Beyond relocation assistance, we offer personal assistant services, ongoing tech support, and housesitting with personalized moving packages suited to each individual clients needs.

don't miss: One of the most exciting and efficient parts of our relocation service is our online project management system (using a customized version of 37 Signal's Basecamp). Clients can log in to their account with their own private access 24 hours a day to track our progress, send us questions, and view photos, calendars, and task lists.

meet me @: No matter where you are or what stage of your move you are at, you can always find us online at www.mexicorelocationservices.com.

US Consulate

All American citizens staying in Mexico for a period of more than one month are strongly encouraged to register with our local US Consulate, Elizabeth Williams. Providing Ms. Williams with both local and international contact information will empower her to help you should any emergencies arise. The consulate is available to assist in serious medical, financial, and legal crises including natural disasters, crimes, and illness. Although the consulate cannot act as legal counsel, she will be able to direct you to the appropriate services should the need arise. Ms. Williams can also assist with US notary needs, filing as an absentee voter, replacing lost or stolen passports, and obtaining a birth certificate for US citizens born abroad. For more information about consulate services and registration, go to: https://travelregistration.state.gov/ibrs/home.asp.
